Thanks, drfax, I am glad you found the journal helpful. To ans your q, first of all, your UW score is very good! Keep doing blocks of UW over the next weeks, it will get higher. As far as choosing between FA ans ME is concerned, I picked certain parts of ME over FA to study, like musculoskeletal and parts of microbio. It appealed to me better than FA. You just have to look at both and see which one suits your needs for that topic the best. Good luck to you

Hi edie Congradulation for completing the exam, wish the best score for you... I have some qs: Can you compare the qs in the exam with the qs in uw?are they in the same pattern ?which one of them is harder? Do you know anybody in this forum that share the real exam qs with others ? and somethig else, when you and others talking about uw scores around 60-70%,it means that you got this score at the first time when you did the qs or this score is related to the second or more times after you read the answers and then doing the qs again? because i scored for the first time around 45-50% ,and it is very deppressing compare with you and others scores that pass the exam with good score...

Hey Edie, I wish you all the best for your exam results! I can absolutely relate to your post-exam-echoes. I'm only an estimated week away from getting my results and still random exam questions pop up everyday and night. Praying for you too and all other hard studying members!!! Maryam.

Thank you Shoreh. UW was harder than the real exam, because the real exam had more one-sentence type questions testing facts. I rarely had these on UW. The look and feel of UW is identical to the real test. Your scores starting on UW are typical. What I found was going through the explanations in tutor mode helped me answer new questions in many cases. My cumulative avg was only 57% by the time I was done, but my last set of unused, timed questions score was 72%. My scores over the last 10 tests ranged from upper 40s to low 70s. I really wanted to make my avg sore in 60s, but ran out of time. So my advice to you is to do UW as much as possible, and do it under all modes, each mode has its merits. Tutor mode, by topic or random = you are learning the material. Test of incorrects = did you really understand the ones you got wrong? Timed, unused = are you ready for the test? As far as sharing is concerned, there are plenty of places on the net for this. Do a search and you will find them

Hi Dr Fax and Somi. Yes, KME was good for me for that, it is like FA with more details, and slightly better organization of facts. If I had had more time to give to prep, I may have gone through it more than I did. Study as much of Goljan's materials as possible, all of them! CVS, Kaplan is good, as is BRS, FA, just pick the source that appeals to your own leaerning style and stick with it.

Thank you edie for sharing your experience. From everything i have read, i feel a >90% coming from here! I am going to have to make sure i keep Dr. G and FA in my arsenal in these last few weeks of my exam prep! Good luck on your score, even though i don't think you really need it! I am sure you will be rewarded well for all your hard work!
