I'm in the same boat, took it and thought it was the most wacked test I have even taken, I was not prepared for it and did not take the NBME tests before, now I have done 2 NBME tests and found them to be closer to the real thing then Q bank ever was.
The review books both Kaplan and FA are OK to review but there needs to be a course of how to navigate through these wacked Q's Seriously I had so much hypothetical Q's I was not prepared NO BUZZ WORDS do not think you will have a clue because there is few if any.
You have to know the Mechanisms 100000000% understand how things work inside and out.
Why the boards have become this mess? I have no clue. I will pass if its the last thing I do.
Goljian is a good review too.
