hi there im an img frm india with scores 81/89 in s1 n s2,given my cs ..have usce n lors on hand...how many programs do i need to apply in to match n how much wud that cost?

You can apply to as many as you want; it is not the number of Programs you apply to that guarantees Match outcome. However, as an IMG, it is always good to apply to as much as you can afford.
Go to NRMP site and you will get an idea how much it might cost. The mathematics is pretty simple.
