as opposed wat everyone else said i felt i did my mcqs better than my ccs. my ccs were very tough and i got 6 cases out of the usmle world. i cannot reveal the cases becuase it is unethical. however the concept of case ending early means we have done the case well is totally wrong of the nine cases- 2 cases ended early-like 10minutes- but i'm sure the patient died. 2 cases ended early n patient improved 4 cases ended at 15-18 minutes 1 casse didnot end and patient did not improve- which means my treatment was ineffective.. bottomline is that *case improvement matters the most. case improves and ends fast= u have amnaged it well *case doesn't improve n ends fast= super blunder, patient is dead *case improves and ends late= u have caught the diagnosis late, but better late than never. hope this helps. practice cases from u world on the fred cd-cd sent by usmle.. and finally pray n pray n pray for the result. only god can help u. the exam is very vague. despite getting a good average on usmle world n nbme i'm not sure abt my result..
