clerkship is the clinical phase of medschool =>when u do rotations
internship is first yr after graduation when u r intern u have tasks 2 do "history , physical examination..."
observership u just observe u dont have the right 2 examine pt or take history...

usce is usce
they do NOT consider observership US clinical experience
