sulfonyluria hypiglycemic effect is increse with cimetidine,salicylate, sulfonamide? can some body explain why? thanks

a poor attempt , well i m not sure of the exact mech. sulfonamides may play apart in displacing the sulfonylureas and cimetidine may interfere with it's metabolism

i think they r p450 enzyme inducer..
