Maybe some of you have experience with this. Is it a one-on-one with the PCs or a group effort ? Im hoping it's not like a classroom where you're sitting next to 3 or more interviewees, and the PC or resident is asking all of you questions. Or is it that you're by yourself and surrounded by a PC and some residents and they bombard you with questions.
How does it work ?

each institution will have different ways of interviewing. In some institutions, you will see several people, e.g., PD, one or two faculties, chief resident. While in other institutions you only talk to a PD. Some instituions will invite you and other applicants for a dinner with two or three residents.
