epidermoid cyst?

Well, by size this is not 2 cm lesion... But if this big - then epidermoid cyst...
Otherwise, may be ceratoacanthoma as well

By exclusion I'd chose C

Epidermal cyst is known also sebaceous cyst. it has dome shape lesion, arises from follicle

Any chance of this being be a melanoma ???

I think epidermoid cyst too. Melanoma is usually black, but you can get non-pigmented melanoma.

it is definitely epidermoid cyst . Keratoacanthoma has a very rapid brief growth history , unlikely in this case with existence of 4 yrs.

i think it is a melanoma....i can see a satellite lesion nearby to help me as a cluegrin
