When mentioning a case or a patient are u guys putting a name to the patient like mr john or do u guy say mr XZ

although its ethically appropriate to not put names..it is a personal statement not a case presentation, and using a first OR last name shdnt be an issue, i think. besides Mr.xyz just doesnt sound personal and interesting. I have given the patient a false name in my statement. what will you be doing?

at first i wrote john, than i thought might sound unethical on my part than i used initials like JH. Though u r right XYZ doesnt sund right.
