how do you upload the ECFMG certificate?
i asked for my USMLE transcript to be released.

no ,it will automatically be released to the programs with usmle transcript , that you are certified

True - it's not a "certificate" so much as a score report and if you are certified, and passed all the credential requirements, etc. It works as a certificate for the programs.
