Clerkships ... how to ?

Hello doctors,
I just came across this great site few days ago.
Not sure if I can ask this question in this forum but I'll give a try:

How can I attend a Clerkship in an university in US.
Currently I don't live in US but I can get a visa for up to 6 months.

Start calling the programs that you are interested in - phone numbers are available in a multitude of on-line sources - and ask if clerkships/observerships are offered.

I called about 10 progragrams and I'm a little down couse they said NO!
I am interested only for a crerkship and the problem is I am not a student any more, I am an IMG.
I'll try more next month couse the phone bill was too much this month.

I just heard that Mt. Sinai in NYC has observerships. Telephone information should be in FREIDA or NRMP sites
