could it be av malformation? can AS have bounding pulses and wide pulse pressure?

This patient has pulsatile tinnitus and a bruit is heard over her ear. And has a wide pulse pressure ( 50 mmHg). Therefore, she might have Arteriovenous malformation. My answer goes to B.

early systolic murmur ?/ left ventricular hypertrophy ? increase end lt daistolic pressure ? carotid artery radiated murmur ? all with AS BUT NOT WIDE PULSE STILL NEED THE TRUE ANSWER WITH THE EXPLAINATION
