yes C is right because family is exposed with virus so we can give prophylacticall hep A Ig

I think it shud be C , using different toilets can decrease the risk but family members still expose to virus if the pt live between them.The best preventive measure is Hep A imune globulin.

Ithought E at first time, but after reading CDC article, they said that Immunoglobuline should be apply those who live or have contact with Hep A between 2 wks. Also Ig is apply for those who travel to high prevalence regions and don't have time to apply whole hep A vaccine schedules.

E is preventive, but the rest of family member already had exposured before and after this pt had been diagnosed Hep A.
