E Postcholecystectomy syndrome .The usual cause is an initially mistaken diagnosis .With abd pain,fever,leucocytosis,abd distension following cholecystectomy,another cause should be sought for .Sub hepatic abscess can explain the findings

Agree with dermatology. My answer is B. CBD injury. This complication is common after cholecyctectomy. Subdiaphragmatic abscess would not cause such marked increase in bilirubin.

If it is common bile duct injury, it will happen in day 1 not in day 3. and i also not agree with E, it is too early to have a abscess. and patient temperature only at 38, so the reasonable answer is C or D, I perfer D.
