yes...polymtositis...
initially I thoughe scleroderma because of involvement of esophagus ..but when reading again there is an upper esophagus involvement I go with polymyositis because upper esophagus comprises with striated muscle but in scleroderma there is fibrosis of smooth muscle so it involver middle and lowes esophagus..

yes it is Polymyositis---proximal myopathy.
