i am an img having ecfmg certificate.

i filling application for step-3. if i choose california as state board does it require anything else apart from CID with photo...

anybody applied through california board?

i was told by my friend that one can give 3 attempts for step-3 if u apply through california? is it right?

just to clarify if i choose california then what r my pros and cons?
