in hypovolimiv shock...there is dec cardiac outputwhich inc sympathetic out flow and cause inc peripheral vascular resistence but PCWP should be decrease ..CVP also dec

In cardiogenic shock cardiac output dec with same inc peripheral vascular resistence while PCWP and CVP should be inc as blood did not pumped out but pool in to pulmunary and systemic veins...

I dont understand in septic shock is there inc or dec CO ...please some one explain...
plus is there any diffrence in septic and anaphylactic shock..?

in septic shock.....the CO increases......coz the peripheral resistance decreases...due to dialation of arterioles.thats y the skin is also hot and red in septic shock..unlike the cool and pale skin in cardiognic/hypovolemic shock.......and later on it can lead to HIGH output cardiac failure.....
anaphylactic shock is an acute "magnified" septic shock...
