1. 2 of my LOrs are yet to be uploaded, if they get uploaded after I submit my application?"(say on September1) and I assign them to respective residency programslater, wud I be fine???, or will those programs not be able to see my newly uploaded LOR's. Do I have to mail them seperately to tell that I have uploaded 2 more LORs 2. Is it worth waiting till 10th september or so.. I mean 1-2 weeks?? Till all of my stuff gets uploaded,to submit my application...

hey relax, just submit ur application at the earliest, and designate your pending letters to repective programs as well, and leave the rest to ecfmg, while simultaneously staying in contact with the program coordinators and tracking the uploading of ur document on ADTS...

priya, i'll be doing that too. applying to programs without my LORs reaching on time.
i guess its bit of a risk as its an incomplete application. but i really dont know better.
btw....how are you sure your LORs are not uploaded yet. where did u chk for it?

I CALLED UP ECFMG THEY ARE CURRENTLY UPLOADING LOR RECEIVED ON AUG15TH, MINE REACHED AFTER THAT.

No, you do not have to mail them seperately. Program coordinators like bbb herself, download applications almost on a daily basis. So anytime your LOR is scanned, it will automatically be transmitted and downloaded by the programs. They do not specifically download materials from a particluar candidate but download the whole package that is pending from all applicants.

SO THE CONCLUSION IS I SHOULD APPLY ASAP AND AS SOON AS MY LORs ARE UPLOADED THEY WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY TRANSMITTED TO THE PROGRAM COORDINATOR. RIGHT?

bbb has advised us all to apply as soon as possible with as complete an application as possible. a week's delay from sept 1st will not matter much. so go ahead and apply. in any case, dean's letter will not be uploaded until nov 1st
bbb, do i get a cookie and coffee (starbucks) too?  :

why not sit Australian Medical council exam first, then you are 100% jobs guarrenty and if you passed Step1,2, you don't have to sit AMC exam ,you are eligible for medical registration and do your USMLE later on
