Greetings my brothers in arms ... i hope that you are all preparing well for this exam ... yesterday i was flipping through some cases ,and suddenly it occured to me : what if we missed some things in a particular physical exam ( and this is meant especially for the neurologic exam ) ... lets say we've tested cranial nerves and cerebellar function and refelexes ,but we missed the other things ( motor , mmse , sensation etc )
do u think that we would get a check mark for the neuro exam ? how does it work ??
please guys ... any insights ?
