The problem I have is not being certified because my medical credentials are still being verified. ECFMG got them last week and they are in order. I passed all my exams and all that's left is for ECFMG to sign off on my certification. I'm thinking of delaying my application until I get certified. But then I think that the Program Coordinators will understand that it's only a matter of routine before I am certified and will overlook that. Then again I think maybe they'll get so many applications, they'll just filter out people without certification. I honestly am not sure what to do now.
I could apply later, but I'm afraid that even if PCs like you don't look at applications until mid-september, a "late" application at my end would put my application somewhat down on the list. Like if my application is number 528, they'll get around to mine a lot later than if I apply on the 1st.
So it's basically a question of applying fully certified a little later, or applying uncertified on time hoping that the programs will see my certification process is pending routine processing time.

hey hey hey drpak....buddy you need to chill a bit, if they say they have received ur credentials then they mean it, they will verify it in just a few weeks, so don't panic buddy, you are still in a lot better situation than so many candidates, don't stress yourself out so early, its a long route ahead
