cover sheet for LORs ????

guys need some information...............what des this 'cover sheet' mean for the LORs ???.....are we suppose to add these to each LORs at ERAS which I already have with me and are not waivered ????.......little confused on that !!..........

actually, those cover letters are designed to be sent to the lor writers. you need to sign either to waive your right or not. i attached the cover letter to the lor itself and then mail to eras. that is teh safest thing to do cos some lor writers do not put your aamc number at the top of the letter.

Yes, All LORs should be accompanied by a cover page plus the document submission form.

Thanks guys , also as most of my LORs dont have my AAMC number on them , do i just add this cover sheet to EACH LOR as well , right the AAMC number on the LOR ???

form is in eras website where it says document-ud see when u browse their webaddress----------all the best

is it absolutely necassary to attach the cover letter to each and every "lor", because i sent them in a hurry and didn't attach them as i did not waive my right to view the letter so thought it wasn't necessary, but now, oasis don't show anything nor do myeras.
does it mean i will have to resend all the documents all over again.

There is no need to attach any cover letter if you are sending the LORs yourself, although you can if you wish so. Cover letter is only required if the lor writer is sending the letter directly to eras.

Hi ssrpk, please answer urgently, I did same mistake with my original LORs, forgot to attatch cover letter. I sent them today by overnght courier. I am trying for post match and March 1st is the deadlne to submit documents, cant resend them, please answer I am anxious.

Please call up the ECFMG and let them know your problem and they will answer your query.
