in some programmes requirements it is writen CV to so should we made a separate paper Cv and send it to ERAS or the question answer which we will in ERAs application form is itself CV?

When you complete the CAF ERAS automatically prepares a CV for you. You can view this from the home page. Most programs accept this as CV.
