40 yo woman,in treatment for RA for some years,presents dry cough,dyspnea,hilar lymphadenomegaly inTXR.torax TC shows interstitial infil. and brnchoalveolar lavage:high lymphocytosis.
which drug is the cause of it,most likely:
A-Aspirin
B-Codein
C-Colchicin
D-Triamcinolon

D. Triamcinolone is known to have these side effects, though I am not sure why of all the drugs would this patient be getting triamcinolone.
