i know what i'm gona say my cause a debate but i think it will be helpful to many ppl
in order to prove this, if u agree plz vote
ITS ABOUT QUESTIONS POSTED IN SUBJECTS FORUM
lot of us find the question very useful and a very good tool solidify what we've already learned but the problem is the Q are all over and are notorganized so if we'r looking 4 q in a specific division or topic in a subject to learn more we have to open alot of questions in the forum to fing the topic we'r looking for
let's say i have a problem in understanding ETHICS , when i go to beh. sci. forum.. unless the question is titled .. i wouldsearch and seach and waste alot of time
WHY NOT PUT LL ETHIC QUESTIONS TOGATHER and same for respiratory physio. neuroanatomy, embrio.. metabolism biochem and so on
it's true some ppl posting qwould say but by this way ur narrowing down the answers possibilties and the q would miss fun and aim
OK SO LETS LEAVE THE NEW POSTED Q AND ORGANIZE THE OLD ONES.. EACH FORUM IS MADE OF >>> 10 PAGES OF QUESTION
KEEP THE GOOD ONES IN FOLDER SO WE CAN BENIFIT MORE
COMMON GUYS LET'S VOTE AND MAKE THIS AMAZING USEFUL FORUM BTR AND BTR

So Wht U r Trying to say is that Make the Forums Systemwise ?? Like All Cardio Questions in one place rather than under the Subject headings.

Dear angel doctor,
There is a sub forum for ETHICS AND PSYCHIATRY in STEP2 CK forum..
Please use the search tool which is situated in the top right of the forum,You can search for any topics that you would like go through,either by member name /subject wise / topic wise/date wise/votes wise/rating wise ..etc by simply clicking the ADVANCED search icon, in this way u don't waste any of your precious time , clicking through each and every post in the forum..
And I DO NOT think this forum is unorganized by any means, coz this is the only USMLE forum out there, which has sub forums for each steps, that too subject wise, and I personally do not think any more additional sub forums are required..

sorry its meant for mods only(title),but yes i also dont think any need to change here.our search option is the best..angel plzz try u will find all questions under one particluar topic u want..
or perhaps we dint get ur point..

NNL : no , what i'm trying to say , in each subjest forum , let it be subtitled like eg. anatomy, hitso, embio neuroanatomy for the anatomy forum .. at least for the old questions if u don't want the new to be incliuded
this will help many ppl looking for q in a certain topic or devision to check alot of qestions in their area of weakness.. i find the questions very useful but most are titled Q , easy Q , good one and so on !
so when i try to find anatomy question i have to doo many qs
same 4 the rest like biostat or ethics in beh sciences!
it would be reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally helpful

Cud U Be So Kind Enuf To Show us an exmple of wht u r talking abt. I have been Re titling the NBME Questions but explain me and then we can decide wht is it u actually want and whetehr its possible or not.

I tried searching all cardio qs and I got around 12 pages of diff kinds of cardio qs ,which was pasted all over the forum and I also tried searching the topics posted by a member, abt a particular topic and that too worked fine...so according to me, the search icon REALLY works!, do let me know, what u were searching for, or try to modify your search,by using the advanced search icon, which you will see once you click on the SEARCH icon.. http://www.prep4usmle.com/forum/search.php

i did , i search for biostatistic question .. check it and u'll see
NNL, u don't have to title each question no , good point but it's not what i meant
ok here is an example:
i would organize the anatomy forum like i said above to : 4 subdivisions just like how u find it in any of the books : kaplan or FA let's say
Anatomy, embri, histo , and neuroanatomy
then go to old questions in the forum and move questions, not neccesary changing title, to the corresponding subdivision
another example: behaviuoral sciences: epidemiology , biostat, defense mechanism, pschiatry, biostatistics and so on .. and go to old question.. u find a question about sensitivity >>>> move it to the epidemiology subdivision
and so on 4 the rest
what do think .. did i mad it clear or u still don't get my point

Embro and Histology already have a separate forum. Secondly the Ethics Questions cant be posted in the Step 2 forum cos then the most of the Step 1 ppl will miss out on them so we keep them in one place. Wht basically u r asking us to is to make the Sub Forum of Any Subject Chapterwise. like follow the kaplan way of doiing things but if u see their Qbook and Qbank we have done precisely the same. They havent done it chapterwise. Yes Divisionwise may be but the current way makes the forum compact and easy to navigate.
