b) Parasympathetic outflow from the sacral spinal cord?

My guess is B also.

  #4

Why not a)?

WHat i am thinking is: Parasympathetic outflow can relax the external sphincter and contract detrusor, which may decrease the transmural pressure to bladder and make micturition easier. also e) is similar to b).

You will know the Ans here

the control of the external sphincter is only voluntary, and if it's contracted there will be no micturition, the only choice that would increase the pressure during micturition is B, so I think it's the the best answer.
