actually the senate has a plan to increase help to medschool in US, and try to stop the IMG getting in.
And no I'm not kidding.

Gogeta, I know you are right but , to be onest, in USA the kids need a lot of help to go to medical school- 8 years of school, another ( at least) 3 years of residency and thousands of $ loan after!
If you don't like medicine why you should go there?
