mathew hayden, 15 years old adolescent boy was brought to the family physician by his parents. parents were your patients for the past one and half decades. they knew you verywell. they told, in presence of the child, doc, this is a causual annual physical examination for our child". in his absence , they requested you conduct examination and investigation to know whether he has any sexually transmitted diseases. what is the most appropriate reply?

I do enjoy you quest.. and learn new things from them...I think, they are quite similar to usmle. So plz keep writting them .
