it's basically a rehashing of FA... so i don't think it is worth it... better to spend your money on kaplan or usmleworld

I worked through 30% of it and found it to be much easier than QBank. Also, I agree with damselMD. It seems to be mostly limited to material already covered in First Aid.

I kinda Disagree on that Fact i have Used it Its Far More Better than Kaplan cos atleast it has some semblance of Real Exm. If U feel tht Kaplan is worth it then arent u just reviewing ur Kaplan Lecture Notes and thts the same reasoning/disadvantage with Usmle Rx. If u havent done FA religiously like most ppl recommend here then Rx wud be a good option. Since the Level of the Questions r more clinical hence it gives a good deal of orientation of the real exm. In essence Rx questions dont deviate from the Material given in FA thats the only Disadvantage u have with Rx. But thats the Same Disadvantage with Kaplan, it doesnt Deviate from its Text either. Till now the Most of the Kaplan questions i have seen r from there Notes Quoted line by line except for the New Physio Qbank which has been oriented for the concepts which arent in the Kaplan Physio but r definitely found in Ganong.
All in all i wud say its money we r talking and how much one can spend on it. If a person buys Kaplan qbank then there isnt much money left for UW and Rx and if u buy both UW and Rx there isnt much left for Kaplan.
The Only Extra Advantage both UW and Rx have over Kaplan is that Histo Slides and MRIs r frequently used and the Banks r being Updated Constantly.
Its all abt the money Guys

i have seen some usmlerx they r much easier than kaplan or nbme ppl have told me that they r much easier than real xam so u better use usmleworld

i liked usmleworld better than kaplan... kaplan is better than in the past for sure, but usmleworld seems more real to the exam out of all of them...
new_n_lost has a point if you don't do FA religiously than usmlerx is a viable option. i see the similar point of qbank to kaplan notes... but i am not sure if it is worth it then...
in the end i would do usmleworld and then others as supplement...
but... it is up to you what you are comfortable with... it is matter of questions questions questions...
