what should we do to increse excretion of amphetamine and phenobarbitone? guys two diff question

Amphetamine and Phenobarbitone are not excreted by normal routes of metabolism. Amphetamine is goes thru Deamination and Phenobarbitone is excreted unchanged in the urine.

hey upto my knowledge ampheta is basic drug, pheno is acidic so ph of urine is made acidic for basic drug vice versa.
