Ok Huge Mistake i have made here Just remembered that PAN spares the Pulmonary Arteries ITs definitely Wegener's Granulomatosis.

Damn this is was the classical representaion of Wegener's and i botched it. I hope i dont make this mistake again in the Exm.

no A as there is cresent formation or D also
so i m going for E
