hi.. i havent taken my step 1 yet, but i spoke to one of my friends who just recently wrote it. and i am posting her advice.
she said the entire test was system wise, and urges us to study it all system wise. she used pass program videos for the whole thing.
she used kaplan ONLY for physio, and behavioral.
she did usmle world, qbank.
and did the nmbe exam
and she passed.
just wanted to post this hopefully it helps clear some anxiety for you people

did she use pass program notes or video or both??

hi.
my friend used only pass program videos and notes. that is all plus questions questoins, and first aid.
so im guessing pass program is a good idea!
i did pass program for micro, just that. and it reali stuck into my had. the guuy kept makin jokes n such, and alot of little weird facts he said, that i never saw in my kaplan, i found in my first aid..
so im oging to stick to pass now as well!
