Hello, everyone
Can one explain what's osteopathic internship ?
I was in BM program. I did have fifth year intership for whole year. Does this fifth year intership count as osteopathic internship or first residency ?

What's the difference between fifth year internship and clerckship. Very confused. Please help me figure out !

You will fill internship as a part of your Medical education.. Whats the confusion???? Clerkships are clinical rotations from 2nd year to 4th year. Internship is one full year clinical training as a physician & not as a medical student.
The difference is that Internship is mandatory in My Country(India) to be able to graduate, while in USA its not.. Its considered as extra year of training after completing 4 years of medical education.
