There was something wrong with my confidence level during the exam today. I used to mark around 15 questions on an average for reviving at the end of the block.
(When I used to do UW I used to manage restricting myself to 4-6 only).
And when I used to got through them there used to be only 2-3 which i actually I am clueless about, and the rest were "unsure bu most likely to be this" kinds. Dont know why there were so many of the latter type. Is it just the actual exam pressure (v/s UW) or my exam was actually bad? I was completely confident about 33 or so per block. Is that fine?
I did manage 66.4% on UW (unused/random - finished 22 days ago), NBME around 42/50 each block (offline 4 days ago) and avg 45/50 each on USMLE cd (2 days ago).
But don't know why I did like this on the exam. Is it normal?

Relax man..it seems that u were over cautious
everyone feels like this..so chill...Congrats on finishing up with the exam..
looking at ur scores of qbanks...Inshallah ur score wud b great..just keep praying now..

Dude Seriously U did the Right thing Cos th eMore Questions u marked as not sure ones the better chance u had to review them and concerntrate more and then choose an answer. which wud be definitely better then a blind guess in the first go.

Ya but I was on the verge of a break down, because whenever during uw I marked more for review my scores were bad during those blocks. Ya, I was too overcautious. If an answer was sure but even if 1 of the distractors couldn't be ruled out, I marked it for later review. And more the number of marked questions in the left column, further it made me feel my exam is going bad. I slept worse after the exam than before it!
