I have a hughe doubt about UW question on the type of Delivery for Breech Presentations. From Kaplan Vidoes I remeber the guys saying that frank breech is the only one where vaginal delivery can be attempted if all is ok with mom n fetus being at term In UW it does state the same but in their explanation they also include Complete Breech, I thought Complte Breech is a Contraindication for vaginal delivery??? All the sources seem to differ (even bleuprints), can someone clarify this pls.....

It is no longer a standard of care to deliver any breech baby by vaginal delivery. External version is attempted at 38 weeks. Only when the woman presents in labor with a breech and it is imminent (i.e. baby coming out) is vag delivery acceptable. Frank breech has the most favorable outcome so I would agree with Kaplan which says it is the only acceptable presentation.
