t/t stage 1- doxycyline
< 8 yr old–never doxycyline,, give amoxicillin
prego-------- erythromycin
stage—2 /3 penciilin

plz correct me if its wrong. thanks

and more serios manifestations( high=grade heart block, meningitis, myocarditis or encephalitis ).....>tx with intravenous ceftriaxone

> 9 doxycycline; cefuroxime or erythromycin alternatives

empiric or early treatment >8yrs : Doxycycline
pregnant and <8yrs old : amoxicilline
allergic to penicilline: erythromycin
later of lyme disease: ceftiaxone
