actually i don't know what specialty is better here,i am new here too and i am going to take step 1 ,2 months later,but i bought a vcd from teimourzadeh, that one of the iranian residents here explain more about this exam,i don't remember his name but if i found it i will let you know or if you go to main teimourzadeh store they must have it,it helps me .hope it can help you... smiling face
