One from my chairman ---good LOR . he has corrected one typing error with a pen on the letter.
The other from Cardio head and principal---v good LOR BUT has called me HIM once though i am a female and has misspelt confirm as conform
what do i do.
i am not in my home country india but in UK.
shud i send these LORS?
i have other two LORs from psych consultants which r excellent but r not IM LORs.pls help

also if i am applying in medicine how essential is it to have a med school medicine LOR?

can you answer please ..how essential is it to have a medicine LOR from school if I have excellent Psych LORs from work. I am applying for IM.

It's preferred, but not a mandatory. You need to get the letters that are the best for you!! The strongest letters that you can get. Has my IM program hired people without IM rec letters? Probably.
