dr.ssar : my exam was really difficult with long qs but you can deal with any qs as you have the concepts in the UW it makes you well prepared for any difficult qs and can pick the important points in the exam. ofcourse the majority of my exam were IM and especially respiratory and neurology. then obygyn which were fair qs and you can reach a decision easly then pediatrics, psychiatry was really difficult and confusing then surgery
My friend just keep reading and reviewing the UW till the exam day and be confident when you find difficult qs in the exam you will reach the diagnosis if you are calm and confident. at the end we all faced a lot of exams and this will be one of them just you have to be well prepared and god bless you all

njcjzy : actually i used the toronto notes plus kaplan dvds and read the NMS but 2 years ago and my advice again is the UW .GL for your exam
