hyper phosphatemia ,hypocalcemia and hyperPTH . hOW WOULD YOU DIFFERENTIATE IT FROM PRIMARY HYPERPARATHYROIDISM ?

as usaid HYPO cal along with othe lab. in case of CRF. BUN and CREAT along with history and physical..Hyper must have hx of surgery and incase of CRF any long standing renal dz.

in primary hyperparathy....you will see hypercalcemia ,hypophosphatemia and hyperPTH
