when do u guys ask 4 LOR? is it when apply 2 ERAS or do u ask 4 it when just find appropriate person even f it is long time b4 applying??

BTW, should it b new?? or is it ok 2 submit old LOR??

can u rquest LOR from some1 who doesnt know u ??

do u submit LOR ur self or is the doctor suppose 2 submit it??
