There are some stuff in UW that are in kaplan notes, well actually most of the stuff, you know cold kaplan notes for IM, you will be able to answer at least 50% no problem in UW

I tried to write algorythms of how to approach diseases on thre side of kaplan notes, most of time taking them from uptodate or elaborating from what was written in the notes. Also I found Dr Sakalla's charts given in the video very useful for gynecology as well as Dr Penalver's schemes and Dr Pestana's lecture. Ped lectures are bad because the lecturer just reads the notes loud but I found useful to download them on the ipod and listen to them while walking in the street or driving to fix them in my mind. Regarding IM I got a crisis because I hated Dr Fischer's screaming... So I had to find different sources but I can't tell you if it wworked until I get my score back... good luck
