I have graduated in 2003. MY scores are Step-1 -93 and STep-2- 98 and CSA -pass. I have no attempts. All 3 USMLE Steps taken within one year period. I am determined to get into an Internal Medicine program which will sponsor me a H1 visa. I will be taking Step-3 very soon also. Please someone advice me about chosing the programs to apply. Thanks.

Thanks for your advice Zianab. I am new here and it is my first post. I didnt probably write the words properly to express my concern. I know I need to list internal medicine programs which sponsors H1. The problem is, none of the websites of the programs mentions if it is H1 or only J1. I have emailed many of them but didnt get reply yet. It is hard to contact and sort out from so many. I have heard about websites where they charge a good amount of money to sort out the H1 or H1/J1 sponsoring hospitals. The amount is too high. I would be glad if someone mentions or posts the list of hpspitals which sponsprs h1 and j1. Thanks again.
