if we restrict water intake, the ECF will become hypertonic, with more sodium. Then why would Aldosterone rise, I dont understand this, someone kindly explain

If u restrict water then the ADH secretion increases which will lead to Dilutional Hyponaterimia which will then increase the values of Aldosterone.
