Well, i really dont know, the first 2 blocks where amazingly difficult, alot, & i mean a lot of post operative complications, not related to the 1,3,5,7 rule..Alot of psychiatry, some very confusing, any way, then it got better, & the 4 & 5 th ones where ok.
I'm really exhausted now so ill post my expereince later.
Just want to thank everyone that supported me,

Well, here goes!
My exam was strangely distributed, a lot of surgery & psychiat, much less issues of int med
it atarted with some good ones, got freakly heavy for the first & second block, later it got easier, but some of the qs u just read them & say, u gotta be kiddin me.
I was quite calm, thanks to everyone who helped me be like this, but seriously, i was about to loose it on the first one, whats really getting me worried is that some of the poeple told me that if the exam gets easier in the next blocks, it means ur doin poorly, & it was really getting a little straight forward, going to the end, ofcoure some qs where still difficult, yet of no comparison to the first ones, oh and concerning pathology, I had a few qs, but they wheren't that bad, as for psychiatry, VAGUE, i mean it..
Well, nothing that i can do now, so its just wait & wish..

You told Surgery and psychi was most... what does that mean??? I thought IM would be the most and rest would be equally distributed !!! Now, its really going over me as I gave emphasis on IM, Pedi and OBGYN ........... less on Psychi and Surg. Please write more about your exam...thanks

Don't worry too much of the notion that the easy blocks means you did poorly on the previous one. I would not agree on that, I guess a lot of people won't too. If the questions seemed difficult to you, it would seem difficult to most of us here. But I believe as long as you study hard and smart which you did, even the random or not so sure picking would point to a right answer.

In my first 2 blocks, i was actually wondering when ill get IM quests, few where there but later it was about equally distibuted, I mean that recently if u even read recent experiences, ull see that some had an equall dist of topics, so yes u should cover all topics thoroughly before the exam, ofcourse focus on IM, but have a very good understanding of Surgery & psychiatry as well, not necesseraly trauma, I had only 3-4 qs covering this issue, the rest was post-operative complics, & psychiat qs where vague, so have a good understanding for that issue as well, concerning meds, which is first & if didn work what to use next.
