Off course!!!! Wait for your score to be more complete! I bet you 99th it!! Third week of sept is still a great timing, as mentioned before programs more frecquently start looking at applications until mid sept so you'll be in great shape, have everything ready so that the very day you get your score you can send everything out. I would do that. GL you'll do great!!
