I took an NBME about two weeks ago and I got a 390 on it. I took one today and got a 270!!!!! What happened? What did I do wrong? I went down after two weeks of hard core studying? I completely finished going over First Aid and I have done about 40% of USMLE world questions. I don't know how I managed to go down more than a 100 points in just two weeks but amped up my studying like three fold? How is that possible? I am planning to take it in the middle of september. ANY advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

was it the same nbme form or a different one?
i heard nbme form two is more representative of the exam.
