i m a bit confued whether to go fpr peds or im . i have scores in mid ninty taken step3 wating for result. can someone tell me wat r the chances if we do peds on j1 visa of waiver jobs and wat r thefuture prospects of peds if we do fellowship in neonatology i wil be highly oblidged for any suggestion and help
