During which stage is DNA concentration inside the cell the LOWEST?
A) Interphase
B) Between G1 - S phase
C) M Phase

  #2

B. between G1-S phase.

DNA sythesis starts from S phase doubling the amount of DNA. Until the two cells divide at M phase, S, G2 and M phase cells contain DNA twice as much as normal cells.

Interphase composed of Go, G1 (the same amount of DNA as normal cells), S and G2(twice amount of DNA compared to normal cells). So it is not correct entirely.

M phase cells has twice amont of DNA at start and after cytokinesis possess the same amount of DNA as normal cells. So it is not lowest.
