I am a post graduate in Anaesthesia, preparing for step1 in Nov. , and resst step2 next year, and i am interested in doing rotation in States, is there any oppertunity, thanks

If by rotation you meant sub internship, then no, its only for students. If you want to have hand on exp as a graduate you need a license which means that you have to pass Step1, 2, CS. Observational positions dont require license though. Me thinks.

when i read the title of topic i was about 2 say yes i thought u still student but now i realized u r post graduate...u can do observership ""just observation" or u can applu for usce check usce forum f u cant approach us plz work in ur country becuz having gap & merely prep for usmle is gonna harm u on CV so r u aiming 4 anesthesia residency in us?? thats very competetive

thanks to both of you jackofknives & yoga, right now my full focus is on Usmle, and as per your advise i am still continuous in my clinical practice & not away. I have really not thought about ana. only aftr mle. but know that its very compititive. it all depends on my scores. now again coming to main stream. my main concern to ask this q that I've heard that it's very imp. to have some sort of clinical exp. in us either in form of externship, observership, or anthing which can provide me some sort of exp. certification from usa . And ? this is the first line factor that they consider in match. please guide how & which way this possible. thanks again.
