In the last couple of days before the exam, i just can't study properly, i feel i forgot a lot of things, & i feel an info salad inside my brain, im bored, angry & just can't focus.

I went to solve the last 2 blocks in kaplan, at the begining my mind was blocked, but then i was able to focus, im worried this might happen in the exam!!!!

Is this normal guys, plz my exam is after tom & i don know what to do.

Hey cirus. The same thing happened with me. And, I freaked out. The way I handled it was taking one day off. It made all the difference. I understand that some people are different, which is totally cool, but I felt that taking a break helped me gather my thoughts and kind of cool my brain, so to speak.
Best of luck with your prep.

hey cirus. relax brother. you are doing fine. you have read your stuff well. it is absolutely and completely normal to be going crazy a couple of days before the exam. you know more than you should.so no cause for worry. am sure you will ace the exam.
pls try to relax. attitude matters most. so go with a determination to do well.everytime you feel yourself panicking, remind yourself to relax.i can assure you that timing wont be a problem for you.be careful of overdiagnosing. stick to simple things. the USMLE is for medical students , so they are likely to want you to answer your basic stuff right. stick to the answer you chose first.the first gut feeling is almost always right.try to sleep. time your breaks well. take a break for 5 min or so every block if you need to recharge yourself. go back to your step1 and figure out how you would like your breaksand do what works for you..go armed with food that you feel comfortable with. dont let small things bother you during the exam. stay absolutely focussed. you are almost there.dont get angry and frustrated before your exam. you are very well prepared. now just go out there and win.you are good, dont worry.
good lucksmiling face
